FINAL Environmental Impact Statement
is Nearing Completion!

Please join us for these upcoming Public Meetings

We are now in the final stages of completing the RTD FasTracks North Metro Corridor Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS). The upcoming public meetings in April will include an opportunity to view graphics and details of the Preferred Alternative and station locations, visit one-on-one with project team members, as well as the chance to submit verbal, written or electronic comments. There will also be a brief presentation and a Q&A session. Your input and comments are important to us.

The same information will be presented at both meetings. Light refreshments will be provided.

The following communication assistance is available for all RTD public meetings/hearings: language interpreters, sign-language interpreters, assisted listening devices, alternate formats such as large print or reasonable accommodations for special needs. Contact RTD at (720) 306-8039 at least 72 hours prior
to the meeting to discuss your special needs and request
for accommodations.

Next Steps:

In late spring, the Project Team will publish a Notice of Availability (NOA) in local news publications and in the Federal Register announcing the release of the FEIS. The FEIS will be made available on the project Web site and at local libraries for public review and comment. Public Hearings will be held in mid-June, and it is anticipated that the Federal Transit Administration will authorize a decision document in July 2010.
